But I can read music enough to figure it out! ;-) I have never bought an instrument but many blessed folks have passed down, constructed, gifted and blessed me with the strings to play....my best friend's name is Ray...he is a 1952 Kay standup bass, compliments of a dear friend who was "tired of it standing in the corner"! Bless his soul! My dream is to start an instrument bank of used instruments to pass to folks like me who love music and have the gift to play but not the means to purchase an instrument.
